Mix 100 Biggest Loser Update - halfway point!

It’s been 5 weeks since we started this thing and everyone is at least moving in the right direction!

After a few difficult weeks I’ve regained my form and dropped 3lbs this week, bringing my total loss to almost 10lbs or 4.5% body weight.

Katherine is continuing to progress thanks to our frequent gym visits and is down 2.47% of her total body weight.

Craig has had a few up and down weeks and has so far lost 1.33% of his body weight.

As for our listners who are participating with us Samanatha has dropped 1.53% of her body weight while Lena has dropped an OUTSTANDING 10.11%!

We’ve still got another 5 weeks to go!!!
